Staff Favorite Things

As we turn to Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, and Christmas, a festive feeling is in the air.  The joy of spending time with family and friends, sharing our homes and meals, and finding things that bring delight to ourselves and others.  

Next up for sharing favorite items in our showroom is Paula Reicks.   Some of you may know that she is days away from welcoming her second child.  We will be missing her over the next several weeks, but what a holiday gift, right?  

Doesn't Paula look like a million bucks in this animal print faux fur driving coat?  

Paula says, " it's a great piece to add to your winter wardrobe and layers fabulously over a slim-fitting dress, helping me extend my closet.  The jacket has a festive, fun quality and is super cozy."

Paula's nesting instincts have kicked in, and she is eyeing this gorgeous bed that she believes would create the perfect retreat. 

Why does she love it?   "The contemporary four-poster bed is a great balance between rustic and modern.   It has a two-tone frame that combines a high gloss lacquer and taupe oak.  A modern, relaxed vibe!"

Still on the path of lounging and relaxing, Paula has been coveting this leather chaise lounge.  

"A high style piece that would be a perfect addition for a bedroom or den.   I really love the white body, black trim, and chrome base.   I can imagine curling up and getting cozy with a book." 

Paula shares her absolute favorite chair available in the showroom right now.   

"I think it's graceful with a modern spin.  The color and texture are warm and cozy, but equally important, comfortable to sit in. "

She also pointed out a unique mirror that would be beautiful in many rooms throughout her home but specifically in her guest bathroom. 

" I love the etched glass frame on this mirror! The glass stones are such an unexpected element that makes this so special."

What's on Paula's list for a quick and meaningful gift for a friend?

"We have three scents available, and I like them all...but my favorite?   Her/Him.   It has notes of orange blossom and vanilla, which I love.  It also is mixed with the spicy unpredictability of pink pepper and clove.  Sweet, mellow but unpredictable, like me."
