Before & After: 
Clive Townhome Revived

Our clients purchased a townhome in Clive with great bones and a fabulous location on Country Club Lake.   Like many properties that are 20-plus years old, it needed a few modifications to create a modern and stunning home.

The walls that enclosed the kitchen were torn down, and a beautiful open kitchen concept was installed. It is hard to believe that this is the same space.

The open concept provided ample space for a large kitchen island and a gorgeous dining table. 

The awkward position of the fireplace created difficulties for the layout our clients envisioned.   This space was re-worked to include a gorgeous fireplace and built-in storage and shelving. 

The wood floor throughout also helped to create a beautiful flow from room to room. 

A look back toward the formally closed-off kitchen shows the dramatic difference between the before and afters. 

This particular townhouse was recently featured in the 2022 DSM design awards receiving the 1st place honor for Before and After home renovations.   K. Renee is proud to have been a part of creating this decidely modern and lovely new home. 

This is such a wonderful example of how you can give any home a fresh and updated look.
